No extension has been notified for FY 2025-26 annual filings. Companies that held their AGM on 30 September must file AOC-4 within 30 days and MGT-7/MGT-7A within 60 days. Late filing costs ₹100 per day per form, with no upper limit.

As of 22 October 2026, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has not issued any circular extending the annual filing deadlines for FY 2025-26. ICSI had requested an extension to 31 December 2026, but no relief has been announced.

What happens if you are late

  • The CCFS-2026 relief scheme closed on 15 September 2026, so reduced fees are no longer available.
  • Continued default can lead to penalties for the company and directors.

What to do this week

  • Get your audited financial statements, board report and AGM documents ready.
  • File AOC-4 before the due date to avoid the daily fee.
  • If ADT-1 is still pending, file it immediately.
